"I ablosutely loved this hotel. I arrived hours earlier for check in and the kindly allowed me to do it earlier. The place as very clean and the staff took the time to explain where I could find something to eat. The coffee shop in the hotel has amazing Chai tee. It was my first time in Arkansas and I will definitely be coming back and staying at the same place. The location was perfect for me. I didn’t want to rent a car so I was able to walk everywhere."

It would be great if the renovation work was inspected and poor work corrected. Pool has been down all year. Fitness room looks terrible. Overall value is okay but could be much better. "

"Stayed in the Ozark Suite for our wedding anniversary, the room was beautiful and very clean! The front toilet was clogged when we got there and no one ended up coming to fix it when I called, but luckily there was the toilet in the bedroom so it wasn't a real issue. "
