There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 7 months to 8 years old). We loved swimming at the community pool, soaking in the private hot tub, and playing together in the rec room. This unit was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, books, and games. Our only critique is that we wish the bedrooms had bedside lamps for a lower light option in the evenings.
