Everything was nice and clean. The only issue we had was because it was a holiday weekend, all the other town homes and twin homes around were all rented out and crowded. It seemed liked the whole subdivision was super crowded. Several of our neighbors were loud and stayed up late. The location provides convenient access to a number of golf courses. We did have two issues during our stay. There was no easy access to the garage. We were not provided with a remote nor with the code for the garage key pad, so every time we arrived, we had to go through the house to open the garage door from the inside. Initially we were told that was just the way it would be, however after a second contact we were given the garage code which made this more convenient., although not as convenient as having a remote. I've rented probably 20 houses over the years and this is the first time I've encountered this. The second issue was that there was no basic TV package. I believe the owner expects guests to bring their TV subscriptions from home. We are golfers and planned to watch the final round of the Masters on Sunday. We had to watch limited coverage on our devices because there was no way to get network coverage. This was very disappointing. Just like the garage door opener, I've never encountered TV's with such limited programing access.
