We contacted the property; who said, "Ticks are generally not harmful if they are not attached to a person or pet." ....uhh true....black widows aren't harmful either as long as they don't bite you...They conceded to spraying the house the next day. That did NOT happen. We found another tick a few days later! My dog is going to the vet today to make sure she does't have any ticks on her. :(Also we moved the couch back a few inches to play a game and found TONS of crumbs and candy bar wrappers. The "community pool" is actually in the NEXT community over so you have to drive to it. That would have been nice to know. Also bring your own pickle ball paddles and balls. Usually homes that say they have access to courts provide paddles, not this one.
