From the very beginning, the hosts were exceptional in their communication for every inquiry throughout the rental process by being prompt, thorough, and courteous. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with a thank-you note and cheers, making us feel instantly welcome. The accommodations were impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, plus some delightful extras like tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and biscotti cookies. There were TVs with quality programming in both the living room and bedroom. Wireless phone chargers were placed throughout the space, which was a nice touch. Additionally, they provided an abundance of towels, linens, and quality paper goods, all of which ensured our stay was comfortable. The cottage's décor created a cozy, homey atmosphere with lovely photos, art, and knickknacks that added to its cheerful and bright ambiance. We will definitely seek out this wonderful space for our next visit to Washington and recommend it to our family members as well. The pictures are great but the place itself is even better. Tucked in a great neighborhood by Lincoln Park, it was quiet and comfortable. Always available and extremely gracious. We were welcomed by white and red wine on the counter and an impeccably clean place to stay. You will not be disappointed in staying here and there is a great authentic Italian place around the corner called Pacci's. Felt like we were in Italy again. Amazing food and right across from the park. Great hosts look after every detail in this lovely space in a safe and welcoming residential neighborhood. Quiet neighbors. Excellent access to park and cafe. Parking pass a great convenience. We felt right at home. The apartment was exactly what we needed for a wonderful get-a-way and had everything we needed to feel at home. This is a great place to stay! ##### Gregg B. The place was spotless and they thought of every amenity that a hotel offers and went beyond. We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, coffee bar, phone chargers, and sound machine. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The best part was the location. This is our 5th rental in the city (kids and grandkids are there) it was by far the most bright we’ll appointed one yet. Location is great, within walking distance to Eastern Market which has great restaurants and the weekend market. It’s was very clean and had all we needed! ##### Maria B. We had an awesome five star experience on our first stay in March of this year, and we just had another five star, equally enjoyable experience on our recent stay in November. This has now become our "go to" property when visiting the Capitol Hill area. We really can't imagine a better place to stay. It has all of the luxuries of home including a modern kitchen, and beautiful bathroom, a nice bottle of red wine to greet us upon our arrival, and a fully stocked Keurig coffee bar each morning. Robby and Stephanie are also great hosts.. We really enjoy staying here! ##### Dennis V. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean.. The small office space was very useful, as well as a walk-in closet, things that we haven’t seen in other properties where we have stayed. Plenty of bedding and extra towels. We stay at many rentals & this is one of the nicest we have seen. Everything has been updated & done nicely, no cutting corners here. The location is great.
