"We spent one week in Camden at a cottage less than one mile from the center of the village. We loved the town and loved the cottage. The cottage was very clean, very well decorated, very thoughtfully equipped, the kitchen new and the bed comfortable. Try it. You will love it."

The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. "PROS: We spent eight nights in this modern up-to-date home. After a couple of fits and starts regarding check-in everything went smoothly. The location, while slightly remote, is still only a 15 minute trip to Damariscotta where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and even a theater. The large deck and water views were a plus. "This house was very large and had many amenities. The Yard was great and had a very nice deck equipped for entertaining guests. "This property is centrally located in Rockland and within walking distance to the harbor, dining, coffee, shopping, and more. We had a great harbor view from our room. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive. Customer service and communication was top notch and exceeded all expectations. "
