“Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the furniture in my room was uncomfortable. The shower was open around the pipe in the wall and wobbly. Elevator was reserved for freight, had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The floors in my room were sticky and dirty. No comfortable common spaces to work or read in except the patio and that was hard metal outdoor seating. The rooms are thinly insulated and I heard everyone around me all night.”

“The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down. I even have video of how loud it was. It’s also evident that the hotel is aware of the noise issue, as there are white noise machines already placed in the……

“Excellent customer service. Great location. Unique room layout that worked pretty well for our needs. Cleanliness could be improved as well as some updates and repairs. Our bathtub and mini fridge were very dated. The gym also needs a complete upgrade. Good value for the area, but rates could have been cheaper as things were still closed for the season. ”
