"Stayed here 2x in the past 2 weeks. I found both rooms clean and tidy. Rooms were spotless each time. Beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised the rooms came with a microwave which was nice to buy dinner out & reheat it later as a snack. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Harborline was a last min decision added onto the end of vaca, that was a delightful experience. The pros, I appreciate a hotel that carpets the hall. It reduces noises considerably. The pillows were for me the perfect thickness. Not overly fluffy, and not to thin. One pillow comfortably alighted my spine as a slide sleeper. The staff were exceptional, and the room was immaculately clean. My only complaint is that every hotel shower in this trip there's not step or seat to rest your foot on as a person cleans their nether bits. I have no idea if it's an oversight, or the corp is penny pinching and decided that us folks with a tush that travel wouldn't want a foot rest, but their assumptions are sadly mistaken. That one little thing would've made my experience perfection. Other than that the Harborline is a great place to stay. "

"For many years Best Western had a decent reputation as a nice, midrange hotel, a step above budget options, but certainly not anything high end. It was basically a reliable, clean place with no luxuries. I was in town for a concert, with a meeting in another town the next morning. Knowing I would be in my room from basically 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. I decided against more expensive options and booked the Best Western. Big Mistake. The hotel was laid out in a square. The corridors between sections were very cold, as were the elevators. The place smelled of old cigarette smoke. Nothing was dirty, but nothing looked or felt clean and fresh either. Breakfast started at 7 and there were no grab and go options for people with early departures. You might say I should have known because "you get what you pay for," but although I paid less than I would have for a quality hotel, I still felt like I should have gotten a better experience for the money I spent."

"Chrck in after 8 pm was a little rocky.. the bedsheets were made for a king size bed and so wouldnt stay on task well.. and the comforter and mattress liner were llastic or something so I was sweatty a lot ... and the door frame abnd blackout curtains were illfitting and so they let in too much light. "

"Oh yes; dog treats in the lobby; BIG help with me maneuvering puppy dog outside with 3 legs and 15 years old; rearranging rugs to accommodate him as he’s terrified of falling on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. These people WERE NOT ASKED for help either; they saw me struggling with my back issues; jumped right in to make accessibility easier for my baby doggy!"

"Staf are friendly and fast but the room it self could use better up keep there was a stain right next to the bed on the floor the wall paper was falling off the walls and bathroom could of used cocked for the corners looked moldy "
