“We enjoyed staying at this site but we had difficulty with the address. I would recommend putting the number 67 on the outside of the mud room door, which would make it much easier to find the location A member of our party had difficulty sleeping on the pull out couch and recommended a thicker mattress. We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away. I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area.”

“Amazing property with great host, glad to come back again for another week”

“The cabin was perfect; the location even better, and the hosts were everything you could wish for.”

“As soon as we arrived at the cozy cottage we knew we wouldn’t want to leave. The property is beautiful nestled under the tall trees, down the quiet lane. You can tell this cottage was designed with intention and thought behind it, it provided us with more than what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and so cozy! We had a great stay and wish we could have been there longer. We hope to be back again! Thank you!”

“Great communication ”

“It was a lovely house in a quiet area, that suited our family well. The downstairs bedroom is a little on the small side with nowhere to hang clothes, so if you have to utilise all bedrooms that’s one to keep in mind. We very much enjoyed using the kayaks that were provided and had a great time with those. Fire pit and grill, excellent. Two bikes were great with the 3rd not the best to ride due to being old & rusty with bad gears that wouldn’t change. The area was pretty and next to places you……

“Very clean and affordable. I called due to some confusion about the AC, and they were very helpful and kind. I would recommend bringing a fan if you are one who prefers to sleep with one on.”

“My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was very convenient to explore the mid coast towns of Rockport, Rockland, and Camden and all of their beautiful harbors. Having two bedrooms worked well for us along with the living room and a large open kitchen and full bathroom. The private entrance that leads up to the open top floor was easy to manage and appreciated. The quiet street was frequented by wild turkeys that roamed the yard and crossed the street on two……

“Owls Head is close to Camden but like a quiet retreat location. The home is beautifully decorated and landscaped. Plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. Would definitely return.”

“Very welcoming home from the minute you pull into the drive. Beautiful view of mount Battie and walking distance “all down hill” to shopping and harbor. Very beautiful town!!”
