The place has very welcoming ambience, very spacious and fully equipped , well maintained and spotless clean, and it offers basic amenities of a single family home, just perfect for a place we’re looking for to stay and feel relaxed. We visited during a major heat wave, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool, which was such a relief after long days of sightseeing.Traveling to and from the Capitol area by Uber was quick and easy for our group. “Places like this really make our family vacation with 3 kids the BEST. Plenty of space, very clean but not in the way that makes me nervous about having my kids around. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. Location was close to the museums and sights. Not walking distance, but still quite close. The owners were quick to respond and kind. Would stay again!”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to……

The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!”
