“The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and lots of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking, utensils and spices.It was easy to locate and check in was easy. A washer and dryer was a plus . The view of the lake was very nice to look at. I would stay in this property again if I was in the area. The host ( John) was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly.”

“John's place is perfect for our short stay when visiting hatcher's pass. The house is clean, updated, fully stocked with everything. We enjoyed kayaks, firepit, grill, a bit of fishing and netflix.”

“This is a beautifully kept condo right in the middle of Eagle River. Perfect for our needs as we visited family. The condo is modern, immaculate, and quiet. I loved the pillows so much I wrote down the brand. Plenty of closet space. Lots of hot water. The LG washer/dryer set is excellent! The upstairs bedroom faces south, while the downstairs bedroom, & upstairs living room, kitchen, & deck face north. Staying during the lightest part of the year, the blackout curtains did a pretty good……

“Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. The property was in need of a deep clean and repair and I pointed this out to the host. I found a used eyelash in the upstairs bathroom, long black hair and likely pubic hair in tub. I spent two hours cleaning with my own supplies and ultimately the host was extremely rude, didn’t want to compensate me for any of my time spent cleaning and cancelled my reservation, effective the following day at 1pm. This put me in a bad situation, scrambling to……

“Place was clean, hosts were wonderful and helpful, getting in was easy due to their detailed instructions and check out was very simple. We also appreciated all the literature of things to do and see and there was bear spray there available if you went on hikes. Perfect location for walking to parks, train depot, and food.”
