“The room had such a strong dog odor it sickend and kept me awake. The manager came and sprayed air freshener on the carpets and floor, but within a half hour that foul odor came back. I felt I should have gotten a refund. Otherwise the facility was relatively clean. They should have some rooms set aside for non pet owners and should remove carpeting.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere”
