“The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely……

“Wonderful host, great location, close the the race track for us. Less the 15minute drive. House has everything you need. Quiet, comfortable, nice patio at front of house and on the lake. We completely enjoyed our stay.”

“Beautiful home in a very cool neighborhood. Lots of great amenities. We really enjoyed staying there. ”

“This lovely 4-bedroom, dog and kid friendly family home with lake views and access was perfect for our family reunion. We loved cooking together in the wonderfully stocked and large kitchen with a table that fit all 8 of us. What a joy! We so appreciated the central air conditioning when it was 90 and humid. The kids' books and toys were a huge hit for our grandchildren. We are so grateful for Robin's and Bob's generosity, thoughtfulness and hospitality.”

Town offers excellent spots for breakfast. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Great partially fenced back yard. Host welcomed us with fresh flowers. Only a few miles from SPAC; perfect to get to/from for our concert.”
