Needs a facelift. Tired property, as more competition comes to Dallas on the higher end The Crescent won't be my first or second choice any longer. Great location. That's the highlight.

I really love this property and the clinic and work out facilities are great and well kept. The problem is the hotel is so run down it is in dire need of an upgrade before it totally falls apart . The people working there are very nice and accommodating while the building around them needs major renovations.
The rooms are also not as clean as they should be and you don’t want to look behind the bed and see the amount of dust and dirt , it needs to be PROFESSIONALLY Cleaned ASAP!
Lastly the cable system has been broken for at least the last 3 years I’ve been staying there as it will go black in the middle of a game or reprograms itself and the guide and channel numbers don’t line up which is very weird.
With all that said I do love the location and outdoor walking path at night and the gym is great !!
