"This is the second time I stayed here. The house is so clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are obviously proud of this house and take care to provide many amenities. Also communication is excellent. Looking forward to coming again."

"Very clean, newly renovated, extremely well-appointed dog-friendly cabin, including multiple cooking appliances, tv and Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a wonderful gas/wood stove with no mess but with very warm and real flames. Beds were comfortable, firepit facing the river was very cozy, and wrap-around porch was inviting. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Host was very friendly and highly responsive. A wonderful place to stay!"

"I decided to take my two teenagers and two of their friends skiing and this was the perfect location! 15 minutes to Cannon, maybe 10 minutes to Loon, and 20ish to WV. The place is very cute, clean, and comfortable. Bonus that you can walk into the very cute village of North Woodstock with its restaurants and stores. I definitely recommend!"

My husband and I loved walking the trails on the property and around the pond along with exploring the town of Bradford (Fairway is an impressive store, and the deli is very tasty!). My favorite parts were kayaking around the small pond, playing croquet on the lawn, having coffee on the porch and watching the stars from it, too. We did hear a coyote howl and growl several times across the pond when we set up a campfire one night, and we...

"Eric is a gracious host. The entire booking and checking in process was very simple. Eric was awesome about giving me a wide variety of hiking areas with directions. I do choose one oh his recommendations. The best part a ready made fire pit! Would recommend and planning to return."
