Staff is so nice to me. I always feel welcome. I always feel safe and quiet. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel was updated and staff was friendly. Our room, however, was filled with cobwebs and spiders. One was larger than a half dollar. The bathtub and shower curtain needed a good scrub. We had an extremely long travel day, so we just sucked it up, cleared the webs and spiders, and slept. Our room was right by the outside door, so maybe that was the reason for the spiders. We had friends that stayed down the hall, and their room was fine.

Room was okay. The bathroom is in a desperate need of an update. The shower has a sliding door. Parts were not clean because that type of shower is hard to clean. Breakfast was less than basic. And you had to pay extra. Everything was just okay.

Entry needed sweeping, elevators could be cleaner, breakfast was poor, waffles but no syrup, gravy but no biscuits. no fruit, tables not cleaned. out of coffee until we had to ask for some. Overall worst breakfast offered ever. we won't return.
