I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

Beautiful location, responsive host, clean villas and pools, just step outside the door and you’re on the beach! We had an amazing trip everyone was accommodating and kind.

Ellipse exceeded our expectations in every way! Our room was perfect for our group, featuring a beautiful balcony and patio where we were able to relax and enjoy time together. The entire property was spotless, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. The Daily Market offered an impressive variety of breakfast and lunch options, and every meal I tried was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, including the beach, shopping, and nightlife in the Grace Bay area, making it incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to the amazing ladies at the front desk! They were not only professional and accommodating but genuinely warm and welcoming. They exceeded every expectation and honestly outperformed any concierge team I’ve experienced and that’s saying a lot because I travel frequently. To the entire Ellipse Resorts team: I can’t wait to see what the future holds as you continue to grow and expand. I genuinely cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my stay.
