"This property has great potential the location needs to be throughly cleaned from top to bottom. The floors needs to be swept and vacuumed, walls and doors needed a wipe down. The carpet is old and smells. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful…"

"Under new ownership, though this was my first time visiting. It shows signs of change, with no outdoor sign on the building and some remodeling of the common areas. Location was central to everything including the river. The room was great as far as comfort and space and the price was very reasonable. ..."

"We have stayed in this house three times. It is perfectly situated, making traveling around Natchez easy. The house itself is gorgeous, the bedrooms large and comfortable. The three bathrooms are so nice and essential when traveling with 6 or more people. We will definitely stay here again."
