The 2nd elevator has been broken for MONTHS plus some more MONTHS
Front desk staff super nice
Hallway smells damp and moldy
Room meh…
Staff a male staff (white young mid weight) was waiting for the 1 elevator he had broom dustpan and his phone he was watching something on his phone elevator finally came to take us up he almost ran over gentleman getting off elevator and didn’t hold the door for myself or other guest, he didn’t ask what floor I was going to I had to tell him which floor to press for me he was standing by the board still watching his phone. he was staff not a guest a little etiquette training my be needed
Oh and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night we were told this happens frequently…
