"My friend and I needed a base camp for a fishing trip on the Trinity River and a nice place to cook a nice dinner and relax at the end of the day. We were within 10 to 30 minutes of all the boat launches where we meet our guides, and came back to a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill to prepare a nice fresh fish dinner. We’d sit on the dock dunking worms to end each evening. We will be back!"

"This house is as amazing as it sounds. We utilized the house for a work offsite and it was perfect. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to have 10 co-workers housed in the same location while providing everyone their own personal space. The amenities are great, being right on the lake with your own boat house, made it easy to rent a pontoon and jet skies. The private pool and outdoor decks are great for hanging out in the cooler temperatures. The 2 kitchens are fully stocked and made meal prep a breeze. The best part was the service. The host is very responsive and attentive. We noticed that one section of the house wasn't cooling when we arrived and notified them. They were out immediately and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this house for larger family gatherings or work retreats, as there is plenty to do for entertainment, plenty of space for connecting and relaxing. I can't wait to get back there again in the future."

"The staff was excellent. Hallways were extremely cold, could save money by upping the temp. Some repairs done in the room could be redone for appearance sake."
