"The room was quite large and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the room and a cute little balcony where we could watch the cruise ships coming and going as well as the city below. The staff were super nice. I room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived a bit early but they stored our luggage and sent us a text as soon as it was available for us. The location was perfect. An easy walk to everything downtown and to the city bus (bus 75) to get to Butchart Gardens. A leisurely comfortable hour bus ride each way for only $3 CND each way - tapping on and off with a credit card. Excellent restaurants and shop nearby. Overall a great visit to VictorIa and we hope to return someday. We would definitely stay here again."
