“The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. (We should have noted that there are no exterior photos on the listing.) Whereas it seems to once have been an historic home, it has had various additions to……

“This was a lovely but very tiny house. Although the listing is very clear we underestimate the space we would need for two adults, an adult-sized teen, and a dog. Our fault we felt cramped! The location was perfect and we think it would be the perfect space for a couple and even a family with a smaller kiddo. It was cool and comfortable and met all our needs. ”

“Frank was great to work with and his place was just as advertised. It looked brand new inside and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms looked brand new, and the location was perfect. We would certainly stay there again!”

Walking distance to Butler St. It was freezing while we visited so the hot tub was extra fun and it was so cozy to come into the fire place. The delicious coffee, and Ms. Pac-Man put it over the top. Beds were super comfy. If my son ends up in Pittsburgh, this will be our first choice for accommodations. ”

“Gorgeously appointed and all the amenities you need and then some! And we got to actually meet Slim Forsyth who the place is themed around, so fun and pleasant. Very accommodating to our two dogs. “Our biennial family reunion was held nearby. 7 stayed in this immaculate house: two couples, our daughter and her 5-year-old and 3-year-old. From the moment I opened the door, I fell in love with the place. Historic integrity and modern updates made our stay memorable. Every item one needs for infant and small toddlers are available, including a stroller, safety gates for the stairs and more. When listing says it sleeps 12 that's because that includes toddler beds. One will find: 2 double beds,……
