Everything gets 5 Stars except for the employee section. That being said the two young ladies at the front desk when I checked out were very polite. The security staff was top notch. BUT--There is a young lady at the front desk who has checked me in twice now. The 1st time I just passed off as wow--maybe she's having a horrible day. She scolded me for making a 2nd line at check in that her manager actually told me to move there. Anyway, You know the mantra, you never know what someone is going through. I was wrong. Jennifer was equally rude this time around too. I tried to check in @ 1:58 pm (check in is at 3) and she was so very rude and smirky--it's going to cost you 20$ to check in early. You know Jennifer that's fine. My mother just passed away minutes prior, so yeah I don't mind paying an extra 20 dollars for one single hour and 2 minutes early so I can compose myself after just watching my mother take her final breaths. Listen Jennifer--you might want to watch how you treat people because karma is a real thing. Again, you never know what someone is going through. To add, a couple was checking in before me and they were NOT CHARGED THE 20$ fee, and it is not about the money. It's about the principal. I have plenty of monies for hours and hours of early check ins. It's her attitude. I recoded every thing with my meta glasses so I'm praying mgmt reaches out to me.
