The cleaning of the room was ok, microwave should have been cleaned out more it had residual food inside when it was opened so it wasn’t used. No ice bucket and went to tell the front desk they said “there should have been one there.” There should be an ice machine on the second floor and not only on the first floor. The bathroom door 🚪 did not close and was installed wrong. The chair at the desk was broken and needed to be replaced. Intermittent wi-fi and it was a problem for everybody and in every room. If you’re having families coming from all over for graduation day at Ft. Sill and it happens very frequently you need to update your internet and your rooms on 1st and 2nd floors. A positive was the pool was very clean and maintained but the deck has to go because it is deteriorating and all they did was paint it. A patio would be a lot better and safer for the customers. Location is good next to the highway for easy access and to Fort Sill Key Gate for soldier graduations. I am sure they have the funds so they need to invest in the hotel 🏨 so they can compete with Hilton.
