“Excellent check in and helpful and friendly staff that spoke good English. Slightly inconvenient location of restaurant, the food was good but the service slow.”

“The buffet breakfast was very good. The gym was okay, quite small and limited apparatus. In the room there was no safe and fridge but, there were tea making facilities. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay”

“No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. ”

“Very central to the city. Quiet room. Very clean. Had a small issue with aircon that was fixed immediately. Outstanding customer service considering there is no on-site reception. Recommended hotel.”

“Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel.”
