“When I booked the hotel online it said the pet fee was &30 when I got to the property they charged me qualified. I proceeded to tell the receptionist that online said it was 30 and she said sorry they had not updated it yet and still continue to charge me the $35 I told her it was not my fault and they had not updated it yet, but she would not budge. Also, online said the breakfast was really good and the place was cleaned. Neither of those two were true. I would’ve truly booked at another……

“Everything was great. Manager who happened to be running the front desk was great as well. If I had any complaint at all... it is the free breakfast. Awful. Dry, and just not worth setting up if you don't manage the time any food is left for the taking. Overheated, dry, and other things were sorely lacking. I am not looking for 5 star continental breakfast at all. Just should be managed better with proper health regs. Rooms were clean, and overall I DO recommend this hotel all day long.”

“The place was clean and neat, staff were great and there is plenty of parking. The location is terrific as well close to downtown and Whitman campus. However the ambiance of the rooms is more dorm-room-like than hotel-like. Beds were very comfortable but rooms were pretty spartan inside with sinks in the room rather than in the toilet and shower room. For some that might be a positive but not for me.
