“Everything was great from check in up till we checked out. Super helpful staff. Great quit evening. Fantastic food, however a lot of places were closed for a Tuesday night we felt.”

“The person at the desk was super nice and so I almost don’t want to say anything bad. I picked the place because of the pool and hot tub, but when we got there they were out of order, I showered at night and the water took a long time to sort of warm up to slightly warm. My husband wanted to shave in the am and again the water never got warm enough to shave. Breakfast server was again, very nice and very hard working.”

“It’s a great value and I’ve stayed here before. Unfortunetely there is no sound deadening between rooms so you can hear everything!”

“The hotel was run down. There were no amenities in the room except one bar of soap. One of the hand towels was dirty and had not been changed out. The last straw was when I climbed into bed there were bugs in the bed. I got up, packed up my stuff and checked out even though I had nowhere to go. I hit the road at 10.30 at night. There was no way I could stay in that room. The website was a total misrepresentation of what the hotel was like , or I would not have booked it.”

“Perfect little room in Walla Walla. Close to town and cozy room with a great view of the hills. The manager was great and kind! I'd recommend if you need something small and functional close to town and wineries 10 minutes away!”

“The late night staff could not book a reservation properly and took forty minutes to check us in after charging us twice. We didn't get to our room until 1am and woke late so we missed breakfast. When trying to resolve the issue in the morning no one was around and the manager was gone so we are forced to go to our credit cards for fixing the staff mistake. Taking a black light to the room we found the typical spots missed like the wall behind the toilet and the carpet in front of the fridge but……
