"I understand that all the reviews under this property are pretty much positive, but my experience was horrible. It was a nightmare since we walked in the AC didn’t work. They say they were going to send a technician, technician came and he closed all the windows but AC never worked. I sweated all night. They refused to change my room because they said they were full. There was nothing they were able to do. They were never, apologetic. They never really seem to care. Another issue that we found upon arrival was that they were lots of hair all over the bed and underneath the pillows. Normally as soon as I walk in I always shake everything up but to my surprise I was shaking off someone else’s hair. I called them and their solution was to sen someone up with one sheet so we can go ahead and change the sheet. They never offered to change anything. It was a horrible experience. I would like to add that up on walking down the hallway all I could smell was Pee yes pee, our experience at this location was horrible. I would not recommend it and I will not be staying here again. The way I see it is that they really don’t care because people stay at this location since it’s right in front of the arena people always end up staying and they really don’t care about customer service at all. Staff was not nice was not helpful at all. "

"It's nice,calm but very basic. You get what you pay for. Staff is great,you can get beach chairs and towels. They even have some kids toys. The kitchen has very limited dishes/pots/pans and utensils but we managed. The pool is little and just by the road so not very pleasant but it's clean. Other than constant rain we didn't have any issues:-) "

"I love everything about this hotel the only exception is their tvs have no ability to stream Netflix or any other service. Only downer for me and elevators could be a little more efficient but the hotel is great. Second time there this time I brought my whole family and it was amazing, we had an amazing time. "

"Location of room with a map was not easy . They need resource personnel to help locate room took me 35 mins before I got assistance from security to show me area my room was located "

"Coming from Ohio we planned on being at the beach most of the time but we ended up spending majority of our time at the village. The pool is phenomenal, clean and we loved that its heated! We were there during Easter and they went above and beyond for the kids! They had an egg hunt, egg coloring, the Easter bunny was there along with his egg friend, they did a foam pool party and Easter bingo where you could win cash prizes. It was an awesome experience and my kids loved it. The rooms are very spacious and accommodating with the kitchen and the jacuzzi tub. The only thing I will say that I wasnt completely happy about was the floors. The carpet definitely needs a good cleaning but its not a make it or break it for us. We will definitely be back in the future! "
