"Horrible place please don’t come !"

"The maintenance needs a lot of work ac in one of the rooms didn’t work shelf was ready to fall off the wall toilet paper holder was loose so the toilet paper fell off every time we used it shower handle fell off big patch on the wall not sanded just painted over nice place just alot of maintenance issues for the price oh yeah 55 dollars a day to park your car no parking spots for guests"

"We ask to bring a some stuff that we need for our suite, we have to call 4 times. They come 5 hours later. We have to go to a convenient store to buy thing, that the hotel has supposed to provide us. When they came, the order was incomplete. The place was over crowded, we have to wait for the elevator for 10 or 15 minutes. "

"This is an older hotel. The breakfast buffet is a draw, the location isnt near anything other than the airport. It was clean, a slight smell of something I cant place, but…."

"The pool was closed.There was no continental breakfast.As stated, I don't feel like they did enough to let us know ahead of time we only found out at the Hotel"

"Checking in the staff was unapproachable unfriendly and not courteous at all got to my room was dirty food still on the floor. The toilet looked like it had been used by. Someone had to go to extremes of contacting the CEO of the company to get a resolution resolved, the staff used to be friendly, but the mail manager at the front desk was not maybe I was too dark a complexion for him to be friendly too you know what I mean."

"We've been coming to this hotel for 17 years now...the remodeled rooms are nice, however, because there are no shower doors, it's SO hard to prevent water getting on the floor...I hope the hotel doesn't have to repair sooner because of this...everyday we needed a new bath mat & towels & to put down to make sure we got the least amount of water on floor... Could use more dresser space, and another mirror by balcony door...just hard to get 3-4 people ready w just that one mirror...(for the women in the room) Wish the microwaves would have stayed in the rooms...not sure about the reasoning behind this, but it's a bit of an inconvenience.... Other than that, wonderful stay! Thanks & see you next year!"
