Amy (front desk staff) was AMAZING! When we arrived, I discovered we'd been assigned an ADA room w/o a bathtub and my ASD son loves his baths! When I requested to be switched, she got our room switched right away! Also, we were staying at Suburban Studios for my daughter's graduation, and checkout time is noon; I was concerned we wouldn't be able to swing that, so I requested a late checkout. I enjoyed my stay at at the Best Western Mountaineer Inn. The only issue I had was with the amount of cigarette butts located around a couple the entrances. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you!
