Lovely little gem of a hotel. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Melaney was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us. The homemade banana bread in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was superb and there were plenty of options including the option to have takeaway breakfast prepared to eat on the beach. We will be back soon!

Literally a stone's throw from the beach, you can hear the waves lapping up onto the shore as you drift off to sleep. Just off the main promenade so it's quieter but still very handy for all the main cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs etc. Great breakfast, great coffee. Very homely feel with lots of nice design touches, books, games etc. And Melaney is lovely!

Not stayed in a B&B for many years but we just wanted one night away through the Easter holidays with our little grandson. This place is directly on the beach. The Hotel offers more than you could imagine but not closing the window wine glasses in the bedroom as well home-made banana cake a mini fridge dressing gowns ironing board nice bathroom lovely choice at breakfast much much better than I thought a B&B would be they have definitely gone all out.
