“Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! ”

“Smooth check in, found parking easily, in a good area, overall a really nice spot! Everything was nice and owners took the time to make a nice info booklet and had other tips and such all over the place. Only things were the sheet to the pull out mattress looked dirty, there was glitter and hair on it, and then kids upstairs woke us up before 7am sounded like they were jumping off of furniture right above our heads. We had to be up early anyways, so not a huge deal, but probably will not be able……

“Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it. But the pot itself was washed clean.Host was very quick to respond when texted. Very cozy place and quiet community.Maybe make a note to……

“Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. They were all booked so we couldn't change rooms. They gave us a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Additionally, a woman knocked on our door around 10am the day of check out asking when we'd be checking out and i told her close to 11. She stated we needed……
