The Space:

Fresh mountain air greets you the moment you arrive, carrying the quiet stillness of Whistler’s early winter as the forest edges begin to frost. Mornings unfold with soft light drifting through the trees, and evenings invite you to settle into the warmth of your living space after time on the nearby slopes. Snowy paths and crisp alpine views frame each day, placing you close to the energy of the mountains while offering a calm retreat when you return.



Living and lounging

A cozy living area becomes your gathering place, where soft seating surrounds an electric fireplace that adds gentle warmth after time outdoors. Large windows draw in views of evergreens and the surrounding landscape, while the open layout connects easily to a dining area designed for shared meals. The kitchen features Ceaserstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the space you need to prepare simple breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners after a day in the cold. Step onto the private deck for a breath of winter air and glimpses of the snow-covered fairways.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level is dedicated to rest, with a primary bedroom that offers a king bed, its own balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaker tub ideal for unwinding at night. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each include King-split beds and TVs. A separate bathroom with heated floors, a single vanity, and a glass shower serves these rooms, providing comfort and privacy for your group.



Outdoor living and winter atmosphere

The private deck overlooks the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, transforming into a peaceful winter landscape during the colder months. The complex offers a shared hot tub with mountain views, closing April-October 2025 due to parkade renovations. During that period, construction may be visible from the living room and balcony, and rates have already been adjusted to reflect this. Even in winter, the surrounding grounds provide an inviting setting for quiet outdoor moments before heading back into the warmth of the home.

A mudroom at the entrance gives you convenient space for ski gear, and an insuite washer and dryer are available with detergent provided. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support those who want to stay connected, while a designated space in the secure underground parking area offers easy access for winter arrivals. A bike rack is available if you're visiting during seasons when riding is possible.

Guest Access:

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property

Wonderful Ski Weekend!

This was a great spot for a friends ski weekend! Very clean and comfortable fit three couples with plenty of space. We really appreciated all the communication around getting there, along with one reserved parking spot and were able to get an available visitor parking spot. Location is very easy to get down to either village - either walking or taking the shuttle bus. All around, great spot and would book again!

Great time but a couple problems.

Everything was fine with the condo with a couple exceptions. First, the entryway was frigid. I know it was cold while we were there but the in-floor heat wasn't operating and the door didn't shut properly so the cold air just flowed into the condo. We mistakenly left our boots downstairs and our feet never warmed up due to the temperature deficit when putting them on in the morning. We learned quickly that we couldn't leave out boots down there as we may as well left them in the car or a snowbank! It was very cold even at the top of the stairs in the hallway between the bedrooms. Lastly, the water pipes seemed to have froze on our second to last day there leaving us with one operational bathroom for 6 people. I let someone know about it and they offered to send someone over but as we were leaving the next day, we just dealt with it. But, we shouldn't have to just deal with something like that while on vacation. I grew up in MN and we never had any pipes freeze even when -56F. Seems the construction/insulation isn't up to the need.
