The room was much nicer than I anticipated. Great amenities, especially for the price. The kitchenette is basically 2 rooms, made our stay very comfortable and convenient.
This was quiet and convenient to where we were going. It wasn’t bad, but we were given a room that already had guests, one tv didn’t work and the bathroom needed some work.
Shower curtain in the room hadn't been changed in probably over a year you can smell like mold mildew in the bathroom they need to expand those showers or showers or not handicapped accessibility they're too small they need to redo those showers and then they will be the one of the best hotels at the price that they offer in Wichita they've cleaned the property up so good there's no more loud music no more people hanging out only the people that hang out or the people there have their rooms there so they've done excellent on cleaning that property up I remember I wouldn't rent a room there because of the the issues that were currently there and I didn't know they had kitchenettes so in the future if I need somewhere to go I will be renting a room from them again but they just need to get those showers redone showers are too small

They don't stand a chance to keep up with all the maintenance issues.. Building/Complex has been used and abused... about 90% residential... Quiet room, comfortable bed. I've always liked the Studio 6 format but this was a rare exception... Essentially my "Suite" was 2 rooms stitched together - kitchen on one side where the bathroom used to be -
I ended up here after leaving another hotel that was terrible. This one was VERY nice for the cost. The guy who checked is in was friendly. Our room actually had 2 rooms. One had a bed, TV, bathroom and closet, while the other also had a bed and TV as well as a table, sink, and refrigerator. Overall, my kids and I were VERY satisfied with this hotel.
The gentleman at the service desk was amazing, very very courteous and kind! THE BEST HOSPITALITY IN WICHITA KANSAS BY FAR! This is my go to place forever!!!! Thanks Studio 6!
Completely satisfied, Laurie Farrell

The staff member was great in helping me, I feel he went above and beyond. Adam is his name. The challenges came from the rooms themselves. Room 1- neither TV nor remote worked. I was moved, Room 2- neither heater worked, both in fact had broken knobs. Room 3 smelled like a cigarette factory and 1 heater did not work. But I was so tired I went to the heated side and laid down. If those things got fixed, we would have been good to go for the night. Good price for the room

Property was in decent repair except forvheat pump. Wall mounted with both broken and worn buttons. Result on a 19F night was a heat.pump that probably maintained 55F in permenat "ECCO" MODE. This heat issue could not have been a recent development, the coldest night in 2026 March was unusual.
I only had 3.5 hours before.going to airport for an 06:30 flight with TSA short staffing. Spring break + golf tournaments and blizzard weather meant long lines to clear security.
So RATHER than change rooms I opened the silver mylar space blanket which allowed instant sleep.
The hot water was wonderul when I woke up.
Late night check in was prepared, helpful and quick.
I will now be asking hotel "Does the heater / air conditionet in the room work properly? at check in.
Not a bad idea to travel with a space blanket to manage suprises like this!
Every time I went into the office I was greeted with a smile and very polite and helpful attitude towards anything I asked for and even a little bit of saving money advice! Kindness and respect for me as well as my respect and appreciation kindness for what I’ve found is not something that is given much these days!
I’ve been staying at Studio 6 near the airport in Wichita, KS for the past couple of weeks, and I’ve had a great experience! The front desk staff are incredibly accommodating, always friendly, and ready to help with anything I need. They really make you feel at home.
I’m especially excited that the pool will be opening soon—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also love how pet-friendly the hotel is, which is a huge plus for me.
The location is super convenient—right off the main highway with quick access to restaurants, shopping, and everything else you might need. I can’t wait to come back soon and stay again. Highly recommend!

One of the TVs didnt work in the suites but the air-conditioning was working fine during the heat.
It was so bad upon entering the room that I could not stay. I was concerned about my personal safety due to the environment and the activity in the parking lot. The room was to be non-smoking but the were cigarette burns in both bed spreads. The room was unique as it was 2 rooms that were converted into one. The room was secluded. The pool had about a foot of green slime. Not recommended for anyone.
