Wilbraham Vacations from $468

I arrived with a $200. gift certificate. I was unable to use on booking or arriving. Nobody seems to know what or how to use this item. Very disturbing. The front desk staff was helpful. The facility was clean but we did not know you had to request a cleaning. Trash was full, bed unmade. Asked night staff for extra towels and pillows without success. Not sure why the facility does not have a sign out front?

The room was clean but the carpets made the room smell dirty.

We had a lovely room on the second floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some friends stayed in a third floor room and were not happy with the room. The ceiling was low. There was a roof line over the bed and they kept knocking their heads. We also noted a 400 series of rooms that were on the other side of the parking lot from the inn. The building looked newer, Don’t know what the rooms there are like. We were in room 201.

Expedia does not show the resort fee on the page that purports to show the total with all taxes and fees. A major flaw. The hotel itself was perfectly acceptable. Very little staff interaction, but just fine. Breakfast was quite good. Scrambled eggs over cooked but most hotels do that. The bacon was better than I buy for home. The grounds provided space for short walks in an otherwise built-up area. Would stay here again so long as it remains the least expensive area alternative.
