“Room was identical to the online pictures. Many places downtown that are walkable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Online images show the renovated rooms, but upon arrival it was clear the actual building had rough edges. We were only in town a couple of nights, so I ignored my initial gut feeling. With further inspection I saw many other flaws including: cracks, chips, and possessions leftover from previous guests. When bringing this up with the staff, they claimed they were completely booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. Not a problem. They said they could remove what we found but when I had asked if they……

“All was good except that the room above us decided to do a 5k in their room starting at 05:00 AM. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but was their fault was the condition of the floors. Beyond the stomping, the floors creaked! We arrived late at night needing sleep before a long day of driving. We got almost none because of the noise.”

“Location is great. Air conditioning in the room is perfect. The halls were terribly hot. The evening check in staff members was miserable. It appeared that we were wasting his time. The 2nd floor hallways are in terrible condition. Wallpaper is coming off the walls and the door had a huge gap. The daytime front desk team members were wonderful and helpful. Laundry onsite was a plus. Fitness center is sub par.”

“Very clean and quiet, close to everything you need, I would totally stay again”

“The AC was amazing and the man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The property itself wasn't the most up to date and the bed was extremely firm. Luckily there was a cote in my room for some reason and that was extremely comfortable so ended up sleeping in that. Needed some updating for sure but was clean enough save for a few hairs in the washroom, no bugs. Good for a one night stay.”
