"The staff was great. Very helpful and changed our room when we mentioned that we had a dog to a more convenient location. The room was clean, but everything, especially the bathroom, could use a DEEP cleaning. Everything was showing its age. The included breakfast had no hot food, other than make your own waffles. It was a quick overnight and fine for our purposes, but could be better with a little extra effort."

As soon as I got there I noticed the toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall and laying on the counter then as im walking around in my socks I notice they were black on the bottom, the freezer door would not shut because it needed defrosted. They should of paid me to stay in that hotel. Id give it a negative start if it would let me. I think hotels.com gives you the worst rooms, that's why they are cheaper."
