Our family friendly condo is the perfect place to vacation! Enjoy the beautiful Wildwood beaches all day, and then when you are ready for some night time fun, walk one block up to the boardwalk and turn right or left- You will be in between two of the entertainment piers!
This property features a sun deck complete with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas overlooking the pool. This is the perfect place to grab an after the beach snack, or enjoy an outdoor meal. There is even a shared gas grill in case you feel like having a Bar-B-Que, and the shared laundry room just off the sun deck will save you time.
Inside our unit we have a recently updated kitchen, and 2 smart Roku tvs that support airplay.
Parking for our unit is in a reserved space beneath the complex for ONE car. There is a bike rack in the garage as well, so bring your bikes and a good lock. Bicycles are permitted to ride on the boardwalk every morning.
Wildwood has so much to offer, with many new restaurants, various festivals throughout the summer and fireworks over the boardwalk on Friday nights.
Our condo books up quickly each season, so book early for your choice of prime weeks! ****Please be aware that our unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator

We had an amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal, close to the boardwalk, but still peaceful and private. Comfortable, clean, and family-friendly condo—great stay!We stayed for 9 nights—2 adults and 4 children—for a dance competition in Wildwood and had a wonderful experience overall.While our original plan was to be within walking distance to the convention center, it ended up being about a 15–25 minute walk, which didn’t quite work with our schedule. However, driving in and out from this location was easy and stress-free, so it wasn’t a problem in the end.The condo was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The residents we met were friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The pool was a great little retreat! While it’s on the smaller side, it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing with the kids. We also appreciated access to laundry—it was easy to use and came in handy for a few loads during our stay.We cooked most of our meals in the condo. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. It’s compact with limited counter space, but it worked well for us. The condo gets a lot of sun in the afternoons, so we kept the blinds closed to help keep it cool. The central air is located in the back room, so we kept that door open to help circulate the air, and the available fans really helped move things around.The adults slept on the pull-out couch in the living room for convenience, and it was more comfortable than expected. Yes, you’ll hear some beach-town noise—but that’s just part of the experience.

Clean & Great Location

Stayed here with my wife and 3 young kids and it was very happy with the stay. The place was very clean and a short walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely look into staying here again next summer.

Great location and property!!

The unit pictures are outdated, they have updated and redone much of the space. Its such a beautiful beachy feel and has everything youd need to make your stay comfortable. This was our second time coming to wildwood and it did NOT disappoint! The owner of our unit was absolutely fantastic and super helpful. The location couldn't be anymore convenient. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!!

Wildwoods adventure

A great place to stay for exploring the bustling Wildwoods boardwalk. Beautiful condo interior with comfy beds and A/C, plus the opportunity to lounge on the big patio and swim in the complex pool. Our hosts were kind and communicative, and provided some great recommendations for food in the area. The surrounding streets are bustling with life, including a patriotic parade on the day we arrived, and poolside nightlife across the way at a neighboring hotel. You will not be bored here!

I enjoyed my vacation in Wildwood, the beach is very good, the house where we stayed this time was bigger than the ones I have stayed in other times. there was also parking outside, a reliable place for children of delicate ages.

Beautiful condo close to boardwalk

Clean 3rd floor condo. Owner’s communication was excellent! We have stayed in this unit previously and highly recommend. Jim and Linda (downstairs neighbors) were very helpful and friendly.

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here. Great communication with the owners. Condo was clean and just what we needed for a few days. The pool was nice and never crowded. Close walking distance to center of the boardwalk. We plan to stay again next summer!

Myself, my husband, and my two kids (8&6) stayed here for a week. It was wonderful. A block from the boardwalk, inbetween both piers. A block from the beach. The owners were pleasant and easy to speak with any time they were needed. There is a pub next door that could be loud, but in your room with the tv on, you cant even hear it! The condo itself was very clean and it was great having everything on hand. I highly recommend Key Colony Condos for your stay at Wildwood. We will absolutely be utilizing them in the future!

Amazing week

Carol & John were great; super nice & very quick to respond. Checking in was an easy process & the condo itself was perfect for my family, as well as the location was perfect. The neighbors were super nice and made enjoying the deck & pool easy. I have 3 daughters ranging from 2-10 and they had a blast this week. As well as parking we had no issue we have a large suv and we had no issues with parking. I definitely look forward to booking another week next summer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
