The service overall was inconsistent. Excellent service from Lihainy-concierge and Latoya-bartender, a couple of wait staff in the dining room and the shuttle drivers. The maid service in the room was also inconsistent for the first few days but improved after we called the front desk - however, not three times per day as advertised. The meals in Bloom were good with some good options on the daily specials. Overall, would not rate this resort as a five-star resort based on the service levels.

It was very intimate, quiet and had very good room service along with house keeping. All the bars had good bartenders and drink selections, probably one of the best i have been to, shout out to my girl Latoya at Palms she made the best drinks! People there were friendly and very welcoming, i did not want to go home.

Terrible service at the only restaurant at the resort. Room cleaning wasn’t reliable. Broken glass , no towels restocked. Room service never would come. Concierge never resolved issues.

We were greeted with cool towels and champagne… the receptionist and concierge, Nadine were extraordinary. She sensed our every need. It is beautiful and a golf cart ride away from a great beach. We had a life changing time.

The hotel itself was very beautiful. The pool was dirty. There were only 2 restaurants at the hotel with very limited food options. Food was extremely salty. I ordered room service and when I asked for the tray to be picked up they took more than 12 hours to do so. I am assuming they are either understaffed or just don't care. The pool had very limited seats. There is zero entertainment at this hotel, barely even any music playing. Although this hotel has nice trees and the whole zen vibes, it is not worth the price.

Very lackluster. There is only one pool at this resort, granted you do get access to sister location, but there was not music at this resort, no entertainment. Jacuzzi did not get hot. Room was decent as far as cleanliness. Water in shower did not get hot enough, part of the shower head was not working properly, air conditioning did not get cool enough, lots of mosquitos in the room as well. Some of the staff was great, others (dining) acted as if you were bothering them when simply asking for them to take your order. Food was decent for an all inclusive. Very small resort. Would not come back.

Property was lovely, great rooms besides from leaky ac, dripping water! When rained everywhere leaked, including gym by the TV! Front desk staff listen and friendly but don’t seem to have a sense of urgency. Bar staff wander off to get supplies a lot, not at their posts!! Dining staff on sloth mode, especially around the pool. Food when served actually very nice. Will allow you to create own dishes but they often ran out of basics. Eg no pineapple, no ice cream, no white wine. Potential to be amazing resort but lots of teething issues to start. With the right mgmt team would be fabulous.
