“This hotel was fine. It was a busy weekend for them which I guess they are not used to. But our room didn't get cleaned during the whole day that we were out and they said it was because they were so busy. I get it- it's a busy holiday weekend- but then prep for that- staff up more, or honestly, just leaving a note on our door explaining the situation would have helped.
