“Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks.
Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances.”

“We stayed as a stop over for one night. We selected the hotel based on location and a lift as we had a heavy bag. When we’re arrived all parking was taken so we parked directly in front of the hotel and were told it was council owned and we needed to park and display - no help with finding the park pay area even though it was obvious we were travelling from overseas. It ended up costing us less than half of what the hotel charged. Despite wandering along many corridors I couldn’t find our room……
