“This was our first ever stay in Winchester. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and took our baggage and stored this safely as we had arrived earlier than expected. Our room was spacious and clean. The reception team and health spa staff were magnificent and were able to deal with each and every one of our requests. The spa itself was exceptionally clean, due to the staff who clearly take pride in their work. The breakfast buffet had a good range of hot options as well as cereals,……

“Upon arrival there had been a burst water pipe at the property. They swiftly upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment looking out to the golf course. This was spotlessly clean and very spacious with all amenities. The room was also very quiet. The pool area was clean and well maintained with towels and lockers provided. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautifully clean and well kept hotel with friendly and attentive staff.”
