Beautiful stay at Ellerbrook! We were very happy with our room and the option to have a gluten-free breakfast. The property is a short walk to Windermere, and you can easily walk or catch the bus to Bowness and other locations. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Lovely stay at the lakes

We enjoyed a lot our stay here, Robert and his wife were very nice and gave us a lot of tips for our lakeland adventures. Good location and very good breakfast.

Lovely B&B in Windermere

Lovely place to stay in Windermere about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room had everything we needed and breakfast was very good each morning. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Spotlessly clean place and the owners really friendly, ideal base for exploring Windermere and it's surroundings. Breakfast choice was excellent really can't fault this place

Safe and comfortable for solo travel.

Ellerbrook house is ideal in so many ways - location, cleanliness, safety, comfort and the filling breakfast. Moreover, the hosts Robert and Becky are warm, friendly and helpful - Robert was kind enough to guide me on a trek too! Overall, I had a lovely experience at Ellerbrook house.

Best place I’ve stayed!

I had an amazing stay! The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the room was really clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Becky and Rob were wonderful hosts. They made great suggestions when my tour was cancelled at the last minute and we’re very thoughtful and kind.

Both Rob and Becky were very welcoming and friendly during our visit. Breakfast was excellent. The place itself is perfectly clean and had really comfy beds. Location was spot on and only a 5 minute walk to Windermere. Plenty of walks and activities to do in the local area too.
