The place was super clean and had everything we needed for the night. The bonus was the friendly host and his cute goats and guard dog Bonnie. We would definitely stay here again."

"What’s great place to stay! We had so much privacy and direct access to the river. The place was very clean, the grounds were also very clean well maintained with so much to do. We were just a short drive to downtown Johnson City and the surrounding areas. We had such a great time fishing and hanging out by the river here, we hope we get to go back!"
