"My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs"

"Communication is was great and responded fast to my questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was great and very clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. The walk in shower made it easy for us because we have a special needs child so it was easy to bath him. Downstairs was nice and quiet and has a good breeze at night so you don't get hot. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Beach house was fabulous. Online pictures matched every room in person. Location was very good if you like seclusion. Just a Ferry Boat ride away from Galveston. We did have a small issue with a ceiling fan not working but management was quick to resolve the issue. I would recommend this Beach house and we will be back next summer."
