“Poor compared to your previous breakfasts few months back when AVID was first opened and we stayed there. Weve stayed there about twice every 3 months since you opened in Beaumont and now there is no comparison to what you used to offer. Sorry to say this will be our last time to use AVID in Beaulmont; will shop and reserve elsewhere there. Rooms are still very good and everywhere cleanliness is very good. ”

“The breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff were so personable and helpful. Building was quiet. Literally the only downfall is the water pressure in the room. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The lady over the bar and restaurant was very rude. The coffee in the morning was always empty and no one around to ask for more. The pool was green. The trash was overflowing in the bins by the front doors. I will not stay here again. ”

“The face bowl sink was clogged and every time you flushed the toilet it made a loud noise until the tank will fill up. So the bathroom needs maintenance.”

“I went there after reading the reviews, but it turned out that it wasn’t like that. The button for the elevator to the first floor didn’t work. The smell in the hotel is very strong. I won’t be back! Would not recommend to my friends!”

“They do NOT offer a shuttle service to/ from the airport. I called from the airport and asked for one and the reply was “We don’t have a driver.” I asked at the front desk and received the same reply.”

“Hotel is clean and comfy, although it is a little bit old. Room is large and quiet. Front desk service is quick and friendly. You can find some decent restaurants nearby.”

“The place was crawling with criminal activity. Be AC didn’t work. Loud music at 11 at night. I left the property and went somewhere else, where I knew my truck was safe and it was quiet enough for a Thursday night.”
