“This loft was perfect! Great location in Valley Junction- such a cute area! The loft had everything we needed. We hosted a shower at The Venue below and the loft was the perfect spot to get organized. The kitchen had plenty of space, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils to use. Living room couch very comfortable and there was plenty of space (using kitchen chairs) to have a few family members up after the shower. Bathroom was also well stocked and included a box of tissue, which I always……

“If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! ”

“The apartment was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Des Moines with my daughter, and our dog. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was cozy. And it was just minutes away from the restaurants, farmers market, and other sites we want to visit. most places were under 10 minutes awa. The area was a pet friendly too with green space and nice neighborhood for walks and plenty of street parking ”

“This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. We ordered take out both nights, great selection of a variety of different foods. Delivery from area restaurants were fast and delicious, under 25 mins from order to door. This fit……
