"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s lobby was beautiful, our room was sleek and comfortable and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I’d highly recommend it and would certainly stay again in the future!"

"Clean rooms but smaller than what I'm used to for a hampton. The staff could be more welcoming but then again I didn't have much interaction with them. The pool had no towels and the basket that had the dirty towels were overflowing. Would've been nice to have towels stocked for a weekend."

"Staff was welcoming. We were surprised to see a bar and a restaurant menu in the evening. Breakfast was great. The bathroom was spacious with ample vanity space and outlets on both sides of the vanity!"

"The young man working the overnight front desk should be running his own hotel one day! I’m rarely impressed with professional acumen, kindness, and sincere effort to go above and beyond. I literally watched this young man treat a dozen or more people checking in with such professionalism that I was astonished. The rooms are extremely big, super clean and they have an indoor pool, I however, it was freezing cold.. the breakfast exceeded expectations. I think it’s a wonderful hotel at a perfect location and definitely a competitive price. If I ever roll through Des Moines again, I will stay at this property."
