“I booked a first-floor room through Expedia, but when I arrived at Red Roof Inn Dothan they put me in a completely different room on the second floor that I did not book. The room was not clean at all the sheets were dirty, the microwave was dirty, and the refrigerator was dirty as well. This made the stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. “Room was spotless, and very quiet, parking was convenient, but entrance to hotel was a little difficult to find from the frontage road, suggest a larger,more prominent sign, but overall definitely a “10” rating for hotel ”

“The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.”
