“Lovely hotel. Everything we needed and more. The only thing is the breakfast was pretty skimpy for the complementary breakfast. Says you get a couple eggs.. only gives you one and not items are included for choice for this ‘free breakfast’.”

“The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was very old. Wasn’t a smart tv. Had to hook up my own firestick to watch anything. Not a huge deal but I thought it was odd for a nice hotel. The only other thing is that the jets need to be cleaned in the jacuzzi tub. There was all kinds of black debris/algae that was floating around in the tub and settled to the bottom when drained. To be honest, it left me with a gross feeling of the fact I had been soaking in someone……

“Very charming little place. The people were super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are definitely in need of some upgrades but overall clean and comfortable.”

“It was a beautiful view & sunrises worth getting up for. It is quiet & peaceful place. Did not realize I was sharing washer & dryer with people downstairs. Both doors unlocked and person knocked briefly once and walked through the door without allowing me to answer. He said he had a key and was allowed to use washer/dryer. Would of been nice to know. But after that no issues. No screens in living room and patio door not able to open. Missed that fresh air coming in as that would of been all part……

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. I'm over 60 and on vacation with my family. I loved the art on the walls, and the 19-year-old loved the vibe of the place. It feels a bit new, but the staff were delightful. We used the cafe and had breakfast one morning at Exile, which has the best sound system I've ever heard at a restaurant. The pool is great, and the rooms were spacious with wonderful views. We were really well looked after.”
