"Overall it was very good. The location is great outside of the exceptionally long walk from the Underground. The restaurant was good as was the front desk staff. It’s a great location to stay at if you’re flying out the next day. I would definitely stay there again."

"Room was clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Lights were awkward, for example, you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on additional lights. Lobby is somewhat loud, like a bar. Bottled water provided in room daily, which was great. Good location for tube connections."

"Hotel itself was lovely and well kept. Our interactions with staff were uneven. No one was unpleasant, but several seemed barely knowledgeable when we asked various questions. Breakfast was terrific, lots of yummy options. Also quite near a River bus port for access to cruise ships and other sites."
